A title register generally includes: Property description, Who owns it, Mortgage lender (if any), Price paid/value stated (if registered since 1st April 2000), Rights of way (not public rights of way) or other rights affecting the property restrictions or other conditions.

The title register will discuss information on the property's title plan and the title plan may require information from the property's title register to fully understand it. - + Add the Conveyancing Deeds - The title register document will usually refer to Conveyancing Deeds (other important documents) that affect the property. Conveyancing/Transfer Documents could provide information about easements, covanents, rights of way, restrictions on land use, boundary responsibility, transfers, leases and hand more detailed plans.
- + Add the Charges Document - The charges register list all of the interests to which the property is subject. These include positive covenants (obligations on the land owner to perform some action such as carry out repairs and maintenance to a shared facility), restrictive covenants (restrictions on what the land owner can do with the land such as not to use it for trade or business or to keep animals), notices and financial charges (i.e. mortgages and secured loans).
- + Add the Flood Risk Report - The flood risk report estimates the likelihood that the property will be impacted by flooding. It is used to encourage people living and working in areas prone to flooding to find out more and take appropriate action.
